This role is a hybrid position that requires 3 days a week on-site at any UL Office in the US. The Global Cybersecurity IAM Analyst will assist in implementing and managing identity and access management solutions to ensure the security and integrity of our organization's digital assets.
Requirements
- Assist in administering identity solutions, IAM applications, and tools such as Active Directory, Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration, and other identity applications.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines.
- Support the enforcement of IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
- Lead application onboarding workstreams to onboard access management processes for target applications as part of the Identity Governance and Administration program.
- Participate in audits, access management process reviews, and assist in identifying control deficiencies, recommending improvements as necessary.
- Assist with the development and tracking of IAM metrics, KPIs, and reports to help measure progress and communicate performance to management.
- Support IAM tools and technologies, recommending enhancements or improvements based on organizational needs.
- Collaborate with the IAM team to implement multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and role-based access control (RBAC) solutions.
- Assist in the administration of user accounts, groups, and access privileges within the IAM system.
- Help resolve day-to-day IAM operational issues and escalations, ensuring timely problem resolution.
- Support the seamless integration of IAM solutions into the overall infrastructure.
- Participate in IAM-related projects, contributing to tasks such as resource coordination, timelines, and deliverables.
- Keep updated with IAM trends, tools, and technologies to improve the organization's security posture.
