Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager

Role Overview

Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support organizational objectives. Deliver insight-driven recommendations on operational efficiency and resource allocation.

What You Will Do

Lead financial and budgeting processes, collaborate with stakeholders, identify areas for cost savings, evaluate financial impact of business opportunities, and support long-range planning.

Requirements

• University Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of direct work experience in a global matrixed organization
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CMA or CA preferred
• Experience with Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning is strongly preferred
