Regional Lead, Internal Communications (APAC) role responsible for developing and implementing a strategic internal communications plan, activating internal communications, and creating employee-focused content across APAC channels.
Requirements
- Serves as an advisor on employee-related issues in strategic business planning
- Provides counsel to senior executives
- Develops measurement criteria and processes that effectively evaluate internal communications channels
- Establishes and tracks metrics
- Identifies and analyzes business and audience needs to deliver messages via the most appropriate mix of media and channels
- Experienced editor and writer, with multi-channel experience including long-form, script writing, social, PowerPoint and email
- Experienced in executive communications and scripting
- Employs Storytelling techniques to create compelling content
- Project Management skills, including planning and organizational skills in project management
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices
