6+ years of experience in Systems/EE Engineering or related discipline, with a focus on Radar systems and signal processing

Grade 12 or equivalent experience, 2+ years of related experience, and ability to work night shift required

6+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, with a focus on naval defense or complex engineering environments

Must have SC security clearance and a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or relevant experience

4+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or equivalent, ability to obtain a US Government security clearance, and strong computer skills

5+ years of engineering design experience, BS in Electrical Engineering, and ability to obtain a US Government security clearance

The ideal candidate will have experience in quality management systems, auditing, and manufacturing environments, with good communication skills and ability to work effectively with others

Previous experience in manufacturing, able to work on own and within a team, proactive approach to problem solving, and good communication skills

10+ years of experience, Systems Engineering lifecycle knowledge, technical leadership and mentoring skills, experience of overseeing a team of engineers

5+ years quality experience in a manufacturing environment, leadership ability, problem-solving skills, and expertise in quality systems
