Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar degree; 12+ years of experience in Software and Embedded software development and engineering for complex organizations

A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics, or applicable defence industry experience, with experience in Systems Engineering, V&V, and test automation

9+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, degree level in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline

6+ years of experience in Systems/EE Engineering or related discipline, with a focus on Radar systems and signal processing

Grade 12 with recognized community college technician/technologist qualification, up to date knowledge of electronic materials, and good communication skills

6+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, with a focus on naval defense or complex engineering environments

5+ years of engineering design experience, BS in Electrical Engineering, and ability to obtain a US Government security clearance

10+ years of experience, Systems Engineering lifecycle knowledge, technical leadership and mentoring skills, experience of overseeing a team of engineers

8+ years of experience in commercial/contracts administration, degree in Law or Commerce, and advanced communication and conflict resolution skills

5+ years quality experience in a manufacturing environment, leadership ability, problem-solving skills, and expertise in quality systems
