5+ years industry experience in engineering environment, with a high level of knowledge of electronic components and general workshop skills

Secondary education or relevant work experience, technical certificates, and 2-3 years of experience

Degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Physics or defence industry experience. Recent SC security clearance and ability to obtain DV security clearance. Experience with Systems Engineering and IV&V processes

5+ years experience in PCB design, routing and layout, industry standard toolsets, IPC standards and DFM/DFT features

Proven engineering management, technical leadership and mentoring skills, with experience of overseeing a team of a minimum of 10 multi-discipline engineers

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics, or equivalent qualification. Significant experience in Systems Engineering, technical and line management experience, and experience in writing technical documentation

The role requires a qualified electronics technician with experience in fault diagnosis and repair, as well as a strong understanding of airworthiness standards and practices

5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, V-Model, and associated processes, plus a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or suitable Defence/Aerospace industry experience

Experienced project manager with expertise in setting up, running, and delivering projects, preferably in the defence electronics or highly regulated sector

Proven project management experience, awareness of engineering principles, and experience with structured project management methodologies
