Senior Product Manager (m/w/d) - Platform

Doka, a global market leader in formwork and scaffolding, is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Platform) to own the core technical foundation that powers all digital products in the portfolio. The role involves defining the platform strategy, leading multiple cross-functional squads, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing shared services across the product landscape.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software product management, with a technical focus
• Strong experience collaborating with engineering teams on architecture, scalability, and system design
• Proven ability to lead multiple product squads and coach Product Owners
• Deep understanding of discovery practices, product-led platform strategy, and agile delivery
• Experience in SaaS, platform engineering, or infrastructure products
• Fluent in German and English
