Job Description
Under Armour is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and maximize sales by offering a unique shopping experience. This role is crucial for achieving store sales goals and contributing to a positive brand image. The sales associate will work both front and back of store as needed, with potential for full-time and management positions.
Requirements
- 16+ years of age (or 18 in CA)
- Flexible schedule
- Comfort with or willingness to learn technology (computers, mobile devices)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform essential functions of the role
- Previous work experience in customer-facing role (preferred)
- Physical ability to handle 25 lbs/12kgs products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
