Small Grants Programme Assistant

The Small Grants Programme Assistant will contribute to the daily programme implementation, providing support to the National Coordinator in pre-selecting concepts and project proposals, and evaluating the financial part of project proposals. The role will also involve advising potential beneficiaries on project preparation processes and guidelines, and reporting to the National Coordinator and the National Steering Committee on project development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, social sciences, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in programme management, administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Familiarity with UNDP and GEF procedures and policies
• Ability to work with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
