Our Social team is seeking an experienced Community Manager to help lead the primary conversations between our clients' projects and their audiences. With a strong understanding of pop culture, current events, and digital discourse, you will engage fans, guide brand voice, and ensure work meets high-level engagement objectives.
Act as the primary voice for high-profile clients, responding to fans using a distinct brand voice across all applicable social platforms. Conduct multiple social page sweeps daily to ensure real-time interaction and community health during client-determined windows.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in community management, including the entertainment and media industry. You are comfortable cutting through the noise to interact with fans in ways that resonate, collaborating closely with social strategists and creative teams, and propelling campaign narratives forward.
