Junior Associate, Media Planning & Activation

Role Overview

We are seeking a temp-to-perm Junior Associate, Media Planning & Activation to support campaign execution, reporting, and operational workflows across biddable and direct media channels. This is an entry-level role focused on learning media platforms, campaign workflows, and performance fundamentals.

What You Will Do

Assist in campaign setup, perform QA checks, pull and compile campaign performance data, and assist in maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in media, marketing, or related field
• Internship or academic exposure to digital marketing is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
