Quality Control Manager

Unimacts is seeking a Quality Control Manager to join their team in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Quality Manager will develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, and lead a team of inspectors, technicians, and auditors. They will be responsible for ensuring product quality and system compliance with customer specifications and regulations.

Requirements

• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, standards, and customer requirements
• Document audit findings and quality check results
• Implement Non-destructive testing
• GD&T interpretation and measurement
• Utilize AQL controls
• Knowledge of SPC, Cpk's, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, SCAR, CAPA, and CAR methodologies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on multitasking and proactive action
• Strong communication skills, bilingualism in English/Spanish is beneficial
• Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
