Union of Pan Asian Communities is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals experiencing homelessness and those involved in the criminal justice system through comprehensive housing, mental health, and substance abuse services. The organization offers housing navigation, clinical supervision, and licensed nursing care to promote recovery and resiliency.

Associate Therapist - Bilingual
Master's degree in counseling or related field, CA license, and bilingual proficiency in Chinese or Spanish. 3-5 years’ exp. in community/outpatient mental health services and Asian populations
Certified Peer Support Specialist
High school diploma, completion of peer support training program, ability to establish supportive relationships, familiarity with harm reduction and trauma informed care, abide by UPAC Code of Conduct
Therapist (Pre-Licensed/Waivered)
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling or human behavior with major work in clinical therapy and licensed in the State of California as a behavioral health professional
