Union of Pan Asian Communities is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals experiencing homelessness and those involved in the criminal justice system through comprehensive housing, mental health, and substance abuse services. The organization offers housing navigation, clinical supervision, and licensed nursing care to promote recovery and resiliency.

Associate Therapist - Bilingual
Master's degree in counseling or related field, CA license, and bilingual proficiency in Chinese or Spanish. 3-5 years’ exp. in community/outpatient mental health services and Asian populations
Registered Nurse (RN)
1 year of experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and co-occurring disorders, Bachelor's degree in nursing, and current valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in California
TAY Specialist (Pre-licensed/Waivered Therapist)
Master’s degree, clinical experience, and licensure as a behavioral health professional required
Pre-Licensed Therapist (Bilingual)
Master's degree, clinical experience, and bilingual/bicultural experience preferred
Certified Peer Support Specialist
High school diploma, completion of peer support training program, ability to establish supportive relationships, familiarity with harm reduction and trauma informed care, abide by UPAC Code of Conduct
Case Manager
1+ year of supervisory experience and 2+ years of experience working with homeless, criminal justice, mental health or substance abuse services
