Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Expertise in paid media campaign management and tracking
- Previous experience in retail is an asset
- Bilingual in English and French is an advantage
- Proficiency with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Familiarity with data feed management
- Strong copywriting skills
- Ability to contribute to creative content development (text, images, videos) for digital optimization
- Strong data mining and analytical skills
- Familiarity with Campaign Manager 360 and GA4
- Understanding of eCommerce platforms
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices
- Understanding of Conversation Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing programs
- Excellent communication, analytical, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong ability to interpret analytics, projections and performance metrics
