Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor will supervise and lead an assigned team through the daily activities in the warehouse to ensure smooth operations and efficient completion of projects. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent management and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate a team to accomplish objectives.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English & Spanish
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
• Excellent management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate a team to accomplish objectives
• Ability to solve conflicts among coworkers
