The Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling vehicles and automotive products to customers by identifying their needs, offering suitable solutions, and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in automotive sales (new or pre-owned vehicles)
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM and sales software (e.g., Autoline, Salesforce, DMS)
• Strong product knowledge of vehicles, features, and financing options
