Electrical Engineering Manager

UFT is an established market leader in technical distribution and engineered solutions serving the municipal and industrial water and wastewater sectors. We are seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee engineering teams and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years' experience as an Engineer specializing in electrical, controls, or instrumentation
• At least 5 years' experience managing, supervising, and leading engineering teams
• Capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities
• Adept at multitasking, managing change, and organizing and prioritizing complex engineering projects
