Assembly & Material Handler

Role Overview

We are hiring dependable Assembly/ Material Team Members to support a production plant in Tuskegee, AL. Employees who perform well and maintain strong attendance will have opportunities for advancement and internal promotion within the company.

What You Will Do

Follow all safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintain clean and organized work areas, use handheld scanners and logistics systems when required, and report shortages, damaged materials, or operational issues to Team Leaders.

Requirements

• Strong attendance and punctuality are required
• Reliable transportation and the ability to report to work consistently
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 5–6 days per week
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment
• Must wear steel-toe boots
