The Warehouse Supervisor will provide leadership and coordinate workflow in the warehouse, prioritizing safety, sanitation, cost control, productivity, accuracy, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. The role requires supervising warehouse tasks, customer requests, and labor allocation, as well as advising on employment-related decisions and conducting follow-up investigations on incidents and injuries.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2+ years of College or 2-3 years of Team Lead/Supervisor experience
- Warehouse Supervision and operations experience, preferably in a food or temperature-controlled environment
- Radio frequency and other warehouse computer applications, including MS Office Suite
- Detail and customer service oriented
- Planning, organizing, professional written and oral communication, problem solving, decision making, excellent mathematical skills
