Job Description

Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree with 2+ years of experience as a people manager or similar role
- 4+ years of experience with LPO/Legal Services, Document Review or e-Discovery or Contracts or Data Breach or Compliance
- Excellent people management skills
- Passion for driving business metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Ability to adapt to process changes
- Good understanding of data breach response
