Job Description
UnitedLex is seeking qualified attorneys in good standing to join their team as Project Attorneys. This remote, fast-paced position offers a competitive hourly rate of $24 per hour with the possibility of promotion to a Full-Time Staff Attorney position. The role involves reviewing legal documents, collaborating with legal professionals, and maintaining confidentiality. Training is provided for new hires.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Active and in good standing with the Bar Association in your relevant jurisdiction
- Home computer with "broadband” internet connection
- Understanding of legal concepts, terminology, and procedures
- Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms and document review software (e.g., Relativity, Reveal, Logikcull, etc.)
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite, particularly Teams, Word, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Prior experience or demonstrated understanding of handling sensitive and confidential information
