Product Manager

unitQ is a game-changing AI SaaS platform that empowers companies to build the world’s best products by leveraging real-time customer feedback to improve product quality and drive growth. We're looking for a Product Manager to lead initiatives at the intersection of data analytics and AI.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI/data-focused products
• Familiarity with user engagement or behavioral analytics
• Hands-on experience working with ML/AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG systems, or agentic frameworks
• Working knowledge of SQL and comfort exploring data to inform decisions
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills — able to clearly communicate insights to both technical teams and customer executives
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional work and prioritize under ambiguity
• A customer-first mindset with experience in high-touch, customer-facing roles
• Experience conducting competitive analysis and market research to inform product direction and differentiation
