Job Description
Unity is seeking an experienced and compassionate nurse practitioner (NP) to assist in overseeing the clinical care and treatment of Unity patients in collaboration with the patients' attending providers and with the Unity Medical Director and medical team members.
Requirements
- Master's degree in nursing required
- Advanced Practice Clinician shall maintain an unrestricted certification as a nurse practitioner in the State of Wisconsin
- National board certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner preferred
- Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license required and shall maintain registration with the DEA without any restrictions on prescribing
- Post-graduate qualification and/or certification in palliative care; eligibility within 1 year of hire preferred
- Valid Wisconsin Driver's License, reliable transportation and proof of current automobile insurance coverage
