Associate degree in Nursing required, RN license, and valid WI Drivers’ License required
Certified Nursing Assistant - PRN
Completion of certified nursing assistant program, listed on the Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Registry, and valid driver's license with auto insurance and reliable vehicle
Nurse Practitioner
3 years of professional advanced practice nursing experience, master's degree in nursing, and national board certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner
PRN Registered Nurse – NOC shift
RN license in the state of practice required, associate degree in Nursing required, and valid WI Drivers’ License with reliable transportation and proof of current automobile insurance coverage
Registered Nurse – Float B
Associate degree in Nursing required, with bachelor's degree preferred. RN license required, valid WI Drivers' License, and proof of automobile insurance
PRIMARY REGISTERED NURSE
Associate degree in Nursing required, RN license in the state of practice required, and valid WI Drivers' License with reliable transportation
Registered Nurse – Float
Associate degree in Nursing required. RN license in practice. Valid WI drivers’ license & insurance needed
PRN Registered Nurse – PM/NOC
RN license in WI required. Associate degree in Nursing preferred. Valid WI driver’s license and reliable transportation needed
Nurse Practitioner - PRN
