Job Description
Unity Hospice is dedicated to providing compassionate care in a supportive and collaborative environment. They are seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join their team, rotating between community, Meng Residence and Triage. This role involves providing skilled nursing assessments, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team and patients’ families, and ensuring medication administration and recording of observations. Requirements
- Minimum Associate degree in Nursing
- RN license in the state of practice
- Valid WI Drivers’ License
- Reliable transportation
- Computer proficiency (MS Office)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Prioritize multiple tasks and handle deadlines
