Job Description
This Float Registered Nurse role offers periodic, rotating shifts between community, Meng Residence, and Triage. The nurse will provide skilled nursing assessments, care instructions, and direct care to patients. Collaboration with interdisciplinary team members is crucial, and focus is on high-quality patient care, regardless of caseload. The position requires a commitment to team work and patient experience.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing required, bachelor's degree preferred.
- RN license in the state of practice required.
- Valid WI Drivers’ License, reliable transportation, and proof of current automobile insurance coverage.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Highly motivated and organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality.
