We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager with prior experience in a hands-on game development role to join our Engine Product team. The role will focus on the user experience of the Unity engine's authoring features, helping to identify and implement usability improvements across Unity's Editor, Hub and beyond.
Requirements
- Experience working in Unity, ideally as a game developer
- Technical expertise and the ability to evaluate complex technology stacks that cross multiple systems and platforms
- Proven experience and knowledge of UX flows, with an ability to understand and improve on how users engage with software & UI
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven track record of effectively simplifying and articulating complex technical concepts to a wide range of audiences
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
- Strong skills in roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and stakeholder management
- Cross-functional collaboration capabilities to bring teams together as we drive towards common goals and priorities
