Onboarding Manager (APAC)

Join Unlimit's growing team as an Onboarding Manager for APAC and lead the end-to-end onboarding journey for merchants, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance requirements are met while delivering a high level of customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience within payments, acquiring, banking, fintech, financial services, or crypto industries
• A university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 1 year of experience in onboarding, account management, customer support, or a similar client-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A flexible and adaptable mindset
