Job Description
Unlimit is seeking a Lead Oracle Developer to design, optimize, and evolve their enterprise-grade Oracle data platforms that power global financial systems. This role involves shaping the future of the data architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with data pipelines and AI analytics. The team will lead database development and performance initiatives, working closely with application and data teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development
- Solid understanding of OLTP and OLAP systems
- Proven experience developing and supporting 24x7 high-availability systems
- Strong skills in query tuning, indexing, partitioning, and performance diagnostics
- Experience leading or mentoring a team of developers
- Proficiency with Git for version control and release management
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related IT field
- English proficiency (B2 or higher)
- Experience with automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform for database provisioning
