Requirements
- Hold an active and current registered nurse license in the state of Texas (Or compact state license).
- Showcase outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrate proven leadership abilities and a deep understanding of hospital operations.
- Serve as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession.
- Assist in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practices across multiple units.
- Take on 24/7 responsibility for your assigned areas.
- Collaborate with the CNO to uphold the highest quality, safety, and appropriateness of nursing care.
- Ensure the clinical staff's competency and manage resources effectively for patient care.
