Senior Engineering Manager, Capital Implementation

Upstart is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead end-to-end implementation efforts for new lenders and investors in the Capital Marketplace. The role involves designing and building scalable systems, collaborating with finance and data stakeholders, and partnering with engineering leadership to define the long-term vision and roadmap for reporting and analytics automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of people and team management experience
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years on product-focused engineering teams
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL databases
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservices architecture
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
