Enterprise Solution Architect

We are seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect to lead complex IT solution design efforts, provide subject matter expertise in software development, and perform initial analysis and conceptual design of business needs. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business objectives, drivers & principles, and how they relate to technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business management information systems, or closely related field
• 8 years of progressive experience in a corporate information technology environment, including at least 5 years of specific Solution Architecture experience
• Strong facilitation skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to coach and mentor others
• Experience modeling, analyzing and prototyping alternate solutions, and developing architectural standards, documents and presentations
