Job Description
Convergint is looking for a full-time Security Service Technician to join their culture. The role involves servicing and supporting existing customers, responding to service calls, and carrying out Customer Support Programs.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure
- Solid technical skills and/or experience related to fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems
- Solid programming skills and proven ability to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
