Life and Annuity Principle-Based Reserving Life Actuary Lead

The Life and Annuity Principle-Based Reserving Life Actuary Lead will be responsible for technical leadership and process implementation for the calculation, reporting, and forecasting of Life and Annuity Principle-Based Reserves. The role requires a high degree of technical expertise and will involve complex actuarial analyses, model runs, and presentations to Senior Leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• 8 years actuarial experience and attainment of Fellow within the Society of Actuaries; OR 16 years relevant actuarial experience and attainment of Associate within the Society of Actuaries.
• Experience advising senior management on issues and serving as a primary resource for cross functional team members on escalated issues of a unique nature.
• Demonstrated holistic understanding of the business operations and analytics with ability to communicate clearly to influence business strategies and solutions with key stakeholders.
