Investment Operations Professional

The Investment Operations Professional will support UTIMCO’s investment operations activities by partnering with external service providers in the oversight of outsourced accounting and operations functions and collaborating across UTIMCO’s various teams to ensure seamless execution across trading, liquidity, and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in investment operations, or middle office functions
• Strong understanding of investment company operations and trade lifecycle management
• Familiarity with prime brokerage, repo structures, and liquidity management
• Experience with collateral management and derivative operations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
