Job Description
UVA Health Northern VA & Culpeper is seeking a Surgical Technologist to assist surgeons in providing safe and effective surgical procedures. The role involves maintaining an organized sterile field, operating and monitoring equipment, and ensuring patient safety. Collaboration with leadership and UCIC is key to meeting patient needs and resolving unit issues.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Graduate of an accredited school of Surgical Technology program
- Current Surgical Tech Certification preferred
- Registration with the Virginia Board of Medicine required (prior to July 1, 2021)
