Job Description
UW Health is seeking a part-time, FTE lab assistant to perform phlebotomy procedures on patients and manage laboratory equipment. The role involves specimen collection, instrument maintenance, patient interaction, and supporting lab functions within the UW Health Clinics. Requirements
- Perform standardized and specialized phlebotomy procedures on patients of all ages.
- Complete specimen receiving and processing, load specimens onto instruments, and perform kit testing.
- Interact with pathologists, physicians, technologists, and staff.
- Perform minimum requirements in a clinical lab setting.
