This role involves providing clinical services and supporting a team of specialists in a modern, state-of-the-art clinic with onsite hospital coverage. Requirements

• MD or DO
• Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license
• Active Illinois medical license
• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
• Bi-annual CPR certification
