Senior Medical Lab Technician OR Medical Technologist – Microbiology

We are seeking a Senior Medical Lab Technician OR Medical Technologist – Microbiology to perform testing in the clinical laboratories, demonstrate strong decision-making skills, and work as an effective team member. This position may be eligible for up to a $2,400 sign-on bonus for a Senior Medical Lab Technician position or a $3,200 sign-on bonus for a Medical Technologist position.

Requirements

• Perform testing in the clinical laboratories (any complexity)
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and problem resolution
• Demonstrate strong decision-making skills, ability to work independently, and the ability to take on teaching/training responsibilities as needed
• Work as an effective team member as demonstrated by good relations with physicians, clinic staff and co-workers
