VTT Management, Inc. is seeking an energetic and organized Leasing Consultant. The role is focused on building relationships with prospective residents, providing information about available properties, and helping them find the perfect home. This position is a first impression for a prospective resident and will require strong communication skills and sales aptitude.
Requirements
- Previous sales and customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism
- Ability to develop rapport with prospective residents
- Self-starter with teamwork experience
- Knowledge of RealPage/Onesite property management software (preferred)
