Data Governance Manager (m/f/d) B2C

We are seeking a Data Governance Manager to join our team in Remscheid, Germany. As a Data Governance Manager, you will develop and ensure compliance with group-wide definitions, rules, and quality standards for business customer data objects. You will work closely with the Data Governance Office and data owners to define extraction and mapping rules, accompany migration activities, and validate data-related processes end-to-end.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Data Management, or a comparable field
• Solid professional experience in data management, including data migration, data definition, and data mapping
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and strong project management skills
• In-depth knowledge of data governance principles and data management tools
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce is an advantage
