Mechanical Engineer

Valeo is a tech global company designing breakthrough solutions to reinvent mobility. The Mechanical Engineer will be accountable for performing activities in compliance with the Engineering discipline Development Plan and reviewing internal requirements, customer requirements, and specifications.

Requirements

• Perform activities in compliance with Engineering discipline Development Plan
• Review Internal requirements, Customer Requirements, Specifications
• Support technical architecture and standards assignments
• Follow Standardization rules
• Support design reviews, internal and with suppliers
• Complying with Engineering disciplines processes and Design Rules
• Perform or support Engineering discipline design simulations/coding/validation
• Perform or support Engineering discipline design calculations including worst case/statistical and support thermal studies
• Perform or support Engineering disciplines tests
• Management follow-up
• Reports the progress of his tasks
• Escalate risks
