Job Description
Valiant Residential is seeking an Assistant Maintenance who is responsible for assisting the maintenance supervisor and maintaining the physical integrity of the property. The role involves completing service requests, implementing and managing the system for handling resident service requests, and performing minor and routine maintenance on all equipment and systems.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of full-time experience in apartment maintenance or a trade that requires basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical Certification is a plus
- EPA (refrigerant, transition, and recovery certification)
- Valid driver's license with good driving record and auto insurance
