Senior Web Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer with extensive expertise in both front-end and back-end web development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of web development standards and best practices, along with a proven ability to create scalable, high-performance web applications. This role involves leading the design and development of complex websites and web-based applications, including those using the Sitecore content management system.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. Lead backend development efforts using server-side programming languages and frameworks such as ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, C#, Java, and others.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science related field
• 7+ years of front end development experience
• Active DoD Secret clearance
• Experience within the DHA theater – highly preferred
• Extensive experience with web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
• Proficiency in backend development using ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, C#, Java, and experience with backend frameworks such as Node.js or Django
• Strong understanding of web development standards and best practices, including experience with Sitecore CMS or similar content management systems
• Demonstrated experience in designing and developing scalable database schemas and integrating with backend systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience guiding and developing junior team members
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and delivering projects on time
• Experience working in and managing an Agile development environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
