Job Description
This position is responsible for diagnosing and performing all repairs on customer owned equipment in the field.
Requirements
- Ability to perform complete overhaul and engine start up
- Strong technical/mechanical skills and experience required
- Must be able to work in both Shop and Field
- Must be able to run emission testing to ensure compliance with CARB
- Ability to troubleshoot engine related problems for both Shop and Field
- Must be able to read, write and understand service instructions
- Must have good organizational skills, aptitude for numbers, and experience coordinating and processing paperwork.
- Must have experience dealing with customers in difficult situations, good phone etiquette, and the ability to function in fast-paced environment
