Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance General Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across our FQM and OWD Finishing Plants, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Steel industry and material-handling experience
- Prior supervisory experience leading technical or maintenance teams
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with real-world troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with all levels of the organization
- Project management abilities to lead improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades
- Analytical thinking, including comfort using data and statistical techniques to make decisions
