Requirements

• Ideally completed vocational training as a hotel employee or experience in a comparable service profession
• Interest in the hospitality industry and pleasure in dealing with people
• Knowledge of common computer programs
• Good German skills in writing and speaking
• English skills in writing and speaking are a plus
• Guest orientation, friendly appearance, and a well-groomed appearance
• Flexibility, sense of responsibility, teamwork, and willingness to learn
