Business Controller

Role Overview

As a Business Controller, you will contribute to the strategic and operational management of the organization, analyzing performance, processes, and growth initiatives, and translating data into insights for management. You will work independently and be a credible conversation partner for management.

What You Will Do

Prepare and follow up on reliable KPI reporting, analyze data, monitor data quality, co-develop new KPIs, perform profitability, feasibility, and scenario analyses, identify risks and opportunities, and formulate well-founded recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in an economic field, or equivalent through experience and/or additional training
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in business controlling, analysis, audit, or a similar role
• Maturity and seniority to work independently and be a credible conversation partner for management
• Analytical and numerical thinking, accuracy, and process-oriented work
• Critical eye with a constructive, solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and digital tools, knowledge of PowerBI and BrightAnalytics is a strong plus
• Fluent Dutch
