Senior Social Legal Advisor - focus on Compensation & Benefits

Role Overview

As a Senior Legal Advisor Social Law with a focus on Compensation & Benefits, you will advise clients on salary strategies and social-fiscal optimizations. You will guide companies in developing and implementing future-oriented and competitive reward policies.

What You Will Do

Advising clients on salary fiscalization and optimizing salary packages, developing strategic solutions for salary optimization and extralegal benefits, and translating complex social-juridical and fiscal regulations into practical and achievable solutions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in law, applied economic sciences, or business sciences, preferably with a specialization in social law or fiscalization
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong interest in mobility, reward, and social-fiscal optimizations
• Client-oriented approach with a strong analytical ability and solution-oriented thinking
• Fluent communication in Dutch and good knowledge of French and/or English
