Job Description
Join Vanguard as an Inbound Sales Consultant and advance your career while serving people and taking a stand for all investors. You'll provide an exceptional sales experience and support investors who have chosen or are considering investing with Vanguard.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Minimum of one-year related work experience. Sales experience preferred
- Regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, NASAA)
- Ability to deliver an exceptional investor experience
- Ability to consistently drive strong sales outcomes
- Ability to manage internal relationships with key business partners to complete the sale
- Experience and comfort in dealing with ambiguity and ability to apply conceptual thinking
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Comfort with phone and digital channels in which clients engage with Vanguard

- Total potential compensation for this role is $74,000-$84,000 ($60,000-70,000 base salary plus up to a $12,500 bonus and additional hourly pay) within your first year upon obtaining the required licensing and achieving performance standards
