Independent Contractor, Full Stack Developer (Laravel & MySQL)

Vaniam Group is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer (Laravel & MySQL) to join their team. The role requires experience with Laravel, MySQL, and commercial-grade product development. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, adaptable, and proficient in modern development practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional development experience with Laravel (versions 8, 9, or newer).
• Demonstrated experience in launching commercial products or contributing to enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and object-oriented programming principles.
• Expert-level knowledge of MySQL, including schema design, indexing, and optimization.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Vue.js/React).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab).
• Experience with modern development practices such as TDD, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of security best practices for web applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
